Background and Purpose of Study
Immunity plays a crucial role in defending the body against infectious diseases and controlling cancer. Antibodies are central to the acquired immune system and are essential for this defense. By developing technologies to rapidly produce monoclonal antibodies from individual plasma cells of various animals, including humans, rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats, we are able to acquire and modify therapeutic, diagnostic, and research antibodies to combat various diseases.Immunity is responsible for protecting against infectious diseases and controlling cancer, and antibodies play a central role in the acquired immune system involved in such control. By developing technologies to rapidly develop monoclonal antibodies from single plasma cells of various animals, including humans, rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats, we are acquiring and modifying therapeutic, diagnostic, and research antibodies for various diseases.
